Saturday, December 20th - Celebrating the Holidays with River Grove Wines

Our next tasting will be on Saturday, December 20th, 2008 and will be a great way to enjoy the coming Holiday season - we'll be celebrating the release of our 2006 Estate Syrah and pouring that as well as our other red and white wines, and some sparkling wines especially well-suited to the season.

The tasting will be held at one of our favorite venues, the recently repurposed and reopened Husick's Country Store on 36510 Riverview Drive (also known as South River Road) in Clarksburg. Although you can't get hardware there anymore, it's a great little spot, it's been there forever, right on the river and close to many of the wineries in our appellation. They serve various delicacies and coffees as well as wines. It's also a good place to see the work of our local artistic community.

    It was great to see everyone at the November tasting, and we hope you'll come back for our upcoming monthly tastings at Husick's on the third Saturday of each month. Each tasting will feature thoughtfully selected wines, special offers and substantial discount case pricing on one of our wines.
