Our winemaker follows the time-honored traditions of the methode champenoise, and introduces his own care and attention to detail in producing this exceptional wine.
The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, bottled at the completion of the primary fermentation, and rests on its lees until final disgorging process into the wonderful Brut Sparkling Wine that we consider to be our flagship product. The last 60 cases of this delicious wine have now been on their lees for over 7 years, and the wine has aged beautifully.
The perfect balance of fruits and acids, dry and crisp, this scintillescent champagne is one you'll remember for years to come.
